Returns and refunds
Last updated 18 October 2026
If we sent the wrong part, or it arrived damaged, putting it right is our job and costs you nothing. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, and talk to us before sending anything back so we can arrange and track the collection.
What we always take back
- We sent a different part from the one quoted.
- It arrived damaged or incomplete. Photograph the parcel and the part if you can.
- We told you it would fit your machine, and it does not.
In these cases we pay the return freight and either send the right part or refund you in full, including delivery.
If you change your mind
Unused, unfitted parts in their original packaging can come back within 7 days of delivery. We refund the part price. The original delivery charge and the return freight are not refunded.
What we cannot take back
- Parts that have been fitted or run, and filters taken out of their sealed wrapping.
- Parts damaged after delivery, including during fitting.
- Parts we ordered in specially for you, where we said so on the quote.
- Parts bought after we told you the fit could not be confirmed, or without the serial number we asked for.
Cancelling an order
Until the order is handed to the courier, you can cancel it for a full refund, delivery charge included. After that it becomes a return and the terms above apply. If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund you in full without being asked.
How long a refund takes
We raise the refund within 2 working days of the returned part reaching us and passing inspection, or of a cancellation. It goes back to the account or method you paid from. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it; UPI is often faster.
Starting a return
Email us with your invoice number, what is wrong, and a photo of the part and the number stamped on it.
