Where we deliver

Anywhere in India our courier partners reach, including sites, quarries and villages. Give us the pincode and we confirm whether we can deliver there before you pay. We do not ship outside India.

What delivery costs

Delivery is charged by destination and by the weight and size of the parts, and appears as its own line on your quote. The charge on the quote is the charge you pay; it does not change afterwards.

When it ships

Parts are dispatched after payment is received. Where a part is in stock we tell you on the quote; where it has to be sourced, we tell you how long that will take before you pay. As soon as the courier is booked we send you the tracking number.

How long it takes

It depends on where the part ships from and where it is going. We give you the courier’s own estimate for your consignment once it is booked.

If a delivery goes wrong

A failed delivery attempt or a parcel on its way back is ours to sort out. Write to acronaenterprise@gmail.com. A damaged parcel or a wrong part is covered by our returns and refunds policy.
