Who we are

This website is run by Acrona Enterprise LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. “We” and “us” on this page mean Acrona Enterprise LLP.

Quotes and orders

• A quote names the part, its price in Indian rupees, the GST on it and the delivery charge, each as its own line. The total on the quote is the total you pay.
• An order is confirmed when we have received payment and told you so. Until then nothing is packed and nothing is owed.
• Orders are paid in advance. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• We may decline an order and refund it in full if the stock turns out not to be available, the destination cannot be reached by our couriers, a price was obviously wrong, or we suspect fraud.
• Every confirmed order gets a GST tax invoice from Acrona Enterprise LLP.

Part numbers and fitment

We match parts by part number and by your machine’s make, model and serial number. Where a part number has been replaced by a newer one, we tell you which number replaced which. Where we cannot be certain a part fits, we say so before you pay. Please check the number against the part you are replacing before it is fitted.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Set out on our delivery and returns and refunds pages, which form part of these terms. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

Orders through getMachineParts

getMachineParts is our online store. Orders placed there are also sold by Acrona Enterprise LLP and are covered by the terms published on that site.

Payment safety

Nobody from Acrona Enterprise will ever ask you for a card number, a UPI PIN or a one-time code. If someone does, it is not us. Pay only to the account or link given in a quote from us, and check with us on the details below if anything looks different.

Trademarks

Manufacturer names, logos and model numbers on this site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the machines a part fits. Acrona Enterprise is not affiliated with or endorsed by any machine manufacturer.

Our liability

Our liability for a part is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are heard by the courts of India. Before that, tell us what has gone wrong: write to acronaenterprise@gmail.com and we will reply within two working days.
